Important changes to the Zoho CRM integration

We won’t be offering support or updating the ClickSend <> Zoho integration from December 31st, 2025. If you’re an existing customer who uses the Zoho integration, it will still be active until the 31st of December, 2025. You can continue to use any remaining credits. Your ClickSend account and all data remain safe and unaffected.

If you’re a Zoho Standard User You can use ClickSend’s Automation Builder to connect Zoho CRM to ClickSend. Once connected, you can build automated messaging workflows for only $0.0001 per action.
